GL Insurance over 3 stories

I currently have Joe Walters GL insurance. I love everything about it except they won't insure me if I clean over 3 stories up. I have several mid-rise buildings I'd like to pursue this year so I'm wondering who would cover me, but has the same perks as JW? no audits, cc&c etc.

Last time I checked with them about a year ago they said it would have to go under a special policy. Maybe things have changed.

Check with some local roofers in your area..See who they use..They may be able to help..

We do as well with Joe Walters. I am speaking with a local agent here that their niche is power washers. So I'll definitely ask about that because that is something I forgot on my end to ask initially.

Is it that they wont insure if you clean over three stories or if you are standing on a structure over three stories? will they insure you if you are in a man lift?

Are you not insured to wash this building ? or is it once you pass the three story part ( like the peak )
