Most stations are a chain/ franchise, or at least here in Fl. Trying to get in with the vendor department is a hard thing do. Talking with the manager or shift super is also a pain due to the fact that they just call someone and a cleaning gets done. Trying to get that contact name and # is also a hard thing to come by. A race trac that I go to is in need of a cleaning months ago and a request has been put in by the manager, but no body has showed up to do it. A demo is a waist of time and fuel and gas due to the fact that a decision maker is not onsite. So maybe you could shed some light on this part of the script.
