Garden Hoses 101- Get the MEAN GREEN NOW

Wow...ws just looking at those this afternoon in TS. How have yours held up??

I was unhappy with that one. Collapses way too easy. So now it's in my garage as a spare/backup etc. Bought the 3/4" from HF to replace it and I don't like that one either. So I'll be switching at some point.

What is everyone spending so much money on garden hoses? Neverkink 3/4 commercial hoses from northern tool work great for us. Are these purely supply hoses? How much damage are you doing to them? I love Neverkink and will never have to use another hose, unless its free.

Never kink always cracked on us at first bend when starting to go round reel drum. The Mean Green has been the best I've ever used. A 150 foot 3/4 hose is light and flexible even in cold weather.

That's exactly what happened to mine. Went to mean green too. So far, so good. Love how light it is, even when reeling the whole 150 feet.

I love the Mean Green. I have been using 5/8" Mean Green as my roof cleaning hose for almost a year now. Even running roof cleaning mix through it, it's still holding on really well, and it's always really flexible, even in cold weather.

I'm curious, how's it holding up pushing all that SH through it?

I'm sold- I used some red contractors 3/4 hose for years and held up fine. I finally ordered 150' of 3/4 mean green this spring and I'm impressed! It's way lighter and is holding up good. Think I'm mean green from here on out.

I'm ordering some tomorrow

If everyone loves their recent orders, I may have to switch from my red 3/4" to mean green!

With my luck, they're going to change their formula on how they make it and I'll get depot quality, I mean dud quality.
