Hey Jeff,

Yep, your guys were working. I could'nt tell what they were cleaning but I heard a PWer and looked out from the balcony. Funny thing is I was wondering if it was one of the guys from PWI. I'll say something to management about how dirty the building is for you...lol

If your back in the area again give me a call on my cell and I'll come by the job site or we can meet down here somewhere.
 
Do the local MB PW'ers get together any other time besides round tables? Is anyone up for a couple hours at one of the local pool halls, bars or something one night? I doubt I'll have time to come down for the round table later but I'm hanging out at the beach for another week or so.
 
How about this Thursday evening? We can get together somewhere around 7-8pm in MB. Or we could do it one night next week if that works better for everyone. I just need some advance notice so I can work it around the family events.

I think it would be cool to meet up with some of you guys and share some information. With the different clientel we all deal with we might pick up some ideas from each other and it also gives some of us a night out to unwind, relax and talk shop that the wives are SICK of hearing.

I don't get a lot of calls for work in SC but when I do get calls for power washing here and in NC, It would be nice to meet the guys from around here so I know who I'm referring.
 
I have gotten many checks for registration thanks. Come on EVERYONE else start sending the registration fee of $19.50 Need to get it in so i can order the right amount of food and have everyones badges made up and dont forget to get your room rented, flights too.
Also just so you will know, I heard a rumor, more than once, that someones saying or more than just one person saying I am getting a kick back from the hotel, I am NOT, not one cent. If I wanted to make money I sure as heck would of charged more than $19.50 LOL. I'm an honest person. I am putting out some good coin to throw what I know will be a great event for all us to learn and have fun So if anyone one was wondering don't rely on rumor just give me a call or if you have any questions about the Round Table in general call me 843-446-5931

Jeff are you serious? kickback on $19.50 :D Get real people if you are a newbie in this buisness and have the chance to sit down with a bunch of pro's who are willing to let you in on trade secrets and simple know how, well that would be priceless.

I would have paid hundreds of dollars to have attended one of these events when i got started 15 yrs ago. But i didn't know Ron then or any of these guy's on this board. You should be paying with a smile and thanking these guys for taking the time out of their busy lives to help further your goals as proffesional contractors.
 
Hey Nick congrads.. 15 years, man thats great. The funny thing is about 19 years ago there wasn't anything on the internet about power washing. When I built my first website there werent many companies that spent the time to do it back then. Now knowledge and years of experience is freely given away to the entire world. Trade secrets, tips and things we've all learned to get ahead and survive are all out there for the asking.

Unfortuanetly this makes it easy for the hacks. No real research or time in the field is needed anymore. Just buy a PWer and hundreds of guys will tell you how to start a successful PW company.

I like round tables a lot more than BBS's. At RT's you know who's getting your info and you can decide if it's in your best interests to give it out. I watch my website stats and I see all kinds of local companies on my site reading every single page on my site. I see my content "appear" on other sites all the time. Many of the articles of written have been slightly edited by changing 20 words and then used by a 100 or more other companies. These articles and information are used to make people believe that these copy cats are experienced professionals, instead of hacks. Chances are if you've read an article on how to pw a house it may have been mine.



Any takers on a small get together tonight in MB?

Henry, tonights just bad for me, I MIGHT be able to break away for an hour if some of the other local guys meet up with you .tell someone to give me a call, lunch is still an open invite to you if you get some free time
 
Hey Jeff, it doesn't look like there are any takers anyway. I figured it would be pretty easy for a bunch of self employed guys to arrange a night out with the guys...

If anyone is interested in getting together while I'm down here (till the 15th) send me an email at henryshousework@aol.com and maybe we can plan something for next week. This will give us a bit more time to plan out a night.

Well maybe the silly BS can stop now:rolleyes: , I learned a lot off these BB's a real lot and thats why I am putting on this event, to pay back, share, help others and have a party, not to make money and I can tell you its costing some coin. A lot more than $19.50 will ever bring in. Rons putting out some coin too, with the signage, badges, that he's bringing to this event, plus his flights and rooms for him and his salesperson, he's never asked for anything, hell he offered to help. I said no of course he's doing plenty. He better be a good MC :D

Funny. Its all in the past. Lets Rock & Roll, is it September yet?

Next year if I have a Myrtle Beach Round Table it will be $250 each, it will be at the campground and all the hot dogs you can eat LOL Oh ya and you got to get your own camping spot and tent:p It wont be a Round Table it will be a picnic table LOL I crack myself up:)

We do have space now for any & all who want to bring their rigs. I will have my employees doing 24 hour security watching the rigs. maybe we will have a best rigs contest or something. I love looking at rigs. There is going to be a posting in the next week or so of ALL that is planned for the event. It is shaping up more & more, waiting on some final OKs on demos and like I 1st posted, this is a COMMERCIAL & RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT ROUND TABLE, you want to learn and then use that info to make money and grow your business this is the place to be. Find out from those who know how to keep growing even in a tough economy

FOR THOSE who HAVE NOT paid or got hotel space PLEASE DO ASAP it helps in the planning

I can't wait, this is going to be a cool event. See you all in September

I ll see you there Jeff! These are great events not only to help others and learn from others but it often gets my creative juices going. It is always good for business. I had a guy tell me he will not be coming to the local RT because there was nothing in it for him. This same guy is asking others for work. Go figure. Every meeting you can walk away with some thing. I encurage all to attend and hold local gatherings and not at the local pub be professional. If you want tips or ideas feel free to call me Id love to help.

I heard Jeffs get the 75 dollars, got and e-mail from somewhere saying the hotel because its Jeff is getting the entire room fee.

They are also paying him to be present at the hotel that weekend Johnny.

Personally i didnt understand until i met the condo King.
 
all the kidding aside, this event will be wonderful. Jeff is working hard, mike Cook has helped us seal the deal on a property accross the street.

On this property we will do the very first live application demos on and actually site.

Jeff the condo KING will be first, first to have a great event this size and have live onsite application.
