Hey Ron...
If I might weasle in here..... a form that is used as a contract to sign up a business for multiple washings. That is something I don't have that would be huge. Or, can you just write in the terms on a standard contract used for a one time clean?

i used to right mine in for a long time. Tony let me think about that one. Contracts is probably the biggest demand. I would probably share anything but that one, let me sleep on it.

What about "terms and conditions of sale"? (You know, the fine print that only gets read if there's a problem.....)

Contract

I have a contract with alot of terms and conditions that I have managed to put together from other contracts that I have read. I had them printed up at a local printer. They are 2 sided, 3 page carbon copies. I would post it if anyone is interested. The only thing i ask is that you give me feedback on what you think, i.e. whether i left out anything important, what you liked, etc.
