I think you're on point networking is always a good idea in my opinion. I made contact with a "handyman" in my area who is basically a contractor. After talking, I found out he does pressure washing but has a consumer grade machine that he cleans with before painting. He was complaining about washing driveways and how long it takes him and I told him to give me a call anytime he needed some help or wanted to sub out something. He gave me a call about a driveway and before it was over gave me the house wash too. The job hasn't happened yet but at least in theory it works. I think the trick is only do it with quality businesses. Its also hard because every painter, landscaper, contractor, etc.. that I know claims to pressure wash but if you can do it quicker, better and cheaper and kick them back some cash for doing nothing it starts making sense to them.
