As a Christian, most people when they meet me, they respect my beliefs and most of the time they will reframe their bad habits (ex. cussing ect.) and or will at least make an effort not to offend me.

Then you might have some that just don't have no respect for you or anyone else that just want to see someone blow up...
That is why we need to have moderators that support this, to nip it in the bud before it escalates into a big bashing contest, which is what I am fighting against on this board.
There needs to be a place here where that it is not allowed.
Most Christians would agree with this statement We are supposed to put God first above all, even our Wifes, Family and Work and IF we do that We will be Blessed in All Areas.
What the good side to this......Wouldn't it be nice if someone ask someone here how you came to know Christ and you told them on PWI board!!:rolleyes:

Al we are the same men, I believe all are good here. We all wouldnt be here, you wouldnt still be here.

The good ole days are now, nothing has changed other than maybe we are much more clear on matter of the Heart.

I know I'm much more comfortable now with my choices.
 
I am not a believer and I would never go to that forum but I personally would respect the thoughts of others and would not care if there was one for it.
 
I am still opposed to it. I think there is too much chance for people to attack the faith of others, based on their interpretation of scripture.
 
Al its not we do not believe in our religion or have a strong testimony. Its just to me personal between me and my savior, if I want to preach the Gospel I will in a place thats more inviting. You might say lets bring some Holy Ghost here, I say lets keep peace here with what others might not want to hear. Everyone has there free Agency to seek the truths in the places of there choice. Feel free yourself along with anyone else to talk about it all you want. Just know there will be no tolerance for anyone Bashing any mans right to his or her own beliefs.

I have seen we cant agree here about LAWs on water control how would we expect Men to accept something they would have to prey about to understand the truth.

HEREs where the discussion goes off the Deep end.

as long as there is no tolerance then all should be good to post anywhere.
 
Well I am not about bashing or attacking someone's faith....
I have a sister in law that is dying of cancer as we speak and over the past I have heard some of you ask for prayers....
Sure would be nice to have a place to post such things .....
This place sure could use a bit a positive atmosphere to enlighten what has taken place this past 3-4 weeks.
Weather it would work or not would depend on the moderator of that area.
I enjoy talking about my faith to everyone ....especially to my customers, the thing it does is says that I am honest and there are not going to have to worry about me doing anything unethical.
Even if they might be unbelievers, they still respect me (as long as I don't bash them)
I will say this in closing...

To me....
Being successful is having that piece in your heart filled, lots of people have money but there is a void that is in their heart,
There is something missing, they just don't have that piece within them.
IMO Whatever you have or where ever you are in life and biz, it came from the Big Man Above.
Since some might not believe I will speak of myself.

I have been blessed to be where I am in My life and biz, no matter how hard I might think I worked for it, God can take it away just as fast as he gave it, I can not take credit for it, nor do I want to. He asked me to put him before my wife, family and biz.
He tells me to seek him first and he will give me everything I need.
So if you want to be Blessed in your biz/life and ask God for his Blessing
Remember God is Love and Saten is about lies, deceit, hate and deception.
Funny thing is every Sunday at Church ......is when I think about you guys the most.

There are a few things we will not bring up while on the jobsite, politics and religion are the two main areas we avoid. "Funny we just cleaned a church kitchen and got blessed by the priest before" (we show respect to everyone). But if a section was created here, I would say that id never visit it and hope that it wont create a divide among members when one view point gets typed out a little more heated then just CAPS!!! rawr... ive seen it happen on various gaming forums through out my years.

Either way a new section for religion will NOT hamper my excessive use of the search feature to dig out piles of archived gold other members have posted. And when those archived nuggets have been deleted by moderators, I reference google cache and laugh my behind off what some people have said here through out the years. So with that being said off I go!

You won't need to worry, the Staff is pretty much in majority work religion and Politics don't really work together well. Plus we have enough and there are better sources , but if someone wants a prayer I'm happy to help.
 
I have to say that religion is intertwined in my business.

I am certain there have been accounts I lost because of my declarations of faith that range from conversations to emails even down to the background music on my video reports

So what? I couldn't care less.

God has provided me plenty and continues to do so.

Reading the Old Testament it is shown over and over again that great businessmen like Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, Joseph, David and many others openly shared their faith in their dealings with the secular world.

Kings, military officers, Pharoahs and other businessmen spoke of the faith these great men had even when that faith was in opposition to the majority who worshipped idols.

They were respected for their faith and their implementation of that faith in their business dealings.

I will never be one of those men. I am not worthy to even speak their names. But sharing my faith in my business dealings is the least I can do out of respect for my creator.
