Forget the $100 house wash. It's now $50

Wow...that's an interesting Craigslist post. I guess he can't afford a pressure washer from Home Depot so he will brush your house's dirty spots and rinse it with a hose. I have used Craigslist before and it has led to a couple of small jobs. It does drive more traffic to my website which I post a link for all to click on.

I have not tried craigslist because a lot of guys said that shortly after posting they get tons of spam emails for a long time.

Maybe I need to look into it.

Easiest way to stop the spam emails is to use the hide email option when you post. I just put my phone number and web site in my ads no spam.

That is so dumb, There is no way that person can support a family with that pay. Makes me want to email the guy, When people see prices like that it makes it hard on the contractors that actually do a good price and charge premium prices. I would/ Will not ever do a $50 job, unless it's a add on or a huge group of people wanting to have something very, very small cleaned.

These low ball ads don't work around here. People want premium service for low price. They wont expect premium from contractor who is upfront about low price. He would do better to say he does same as everyone else but for half price. Instead he is trying to separate himself from everyone else but to charge cheap price. There is no credibility, even for cheap customers.
