Anybody do, or know anybody who does foreclosure work? I'm talking about lock changes, clean outs, bids etc?

I'm looking for any info out there.
 
We do clean ups/clean outs/equipment refurbishment on commercial buildings and industrial facilities , what kind of info are you looking for?
 
I used to get a lot of foreclosure work from realtors. Now the banks around here are mostly using 1 or 2 companies.
 
Banks. Get in with banks. When the economy started to tank 5-6 years ago, I knew the banks would be the ones who would have the money and assets - we do a ton of this type of work for multiple banks, everything from initial cleanup to weekly lawn maintenance, most of this we outsource but it is very good, steady money.

There are regulations by FM that require the homes be maintained.
 
I know someone that was doing this and he said it was alot involved. Then he told me he was chasing his money, I think he got out of it.
 
I,m going back into it for the winter. Things are slow so I,m going to do it for a few months. This time around I will bid the work before I do anything. The company that called me last week says they will pay me weekly. There numbers are lower then I was getting. But like I said I will bid first. They need guys in my area.
