Ford ranger???

What do you mean by help? They WILL NOT increase your load carrying capacity. Lets say I put a 1000 lb load on the ranger, squats too much for me, if I put 1000 lb helper springs on it should theoretically put it back to level. Ill let you know if thats true once I get mine.

how do they install the slide out?

They is me. Believe it or not its not bolted down. You drill one hole near the tailgate in the center, drill two holes on the forward wall of the bed. The slider frame has 3 alignment pins, 2 forward one aft, they go in the holes you drilled.

how much do they go for? im thinking about trying it out since it would make things a lot easier.

thanks for the info, i am definitely going to check it out.

Helper springs will help a lot, I also used spring assisted load shocks in mine for years. This is a picture before helper springs, load shocks will suprise you.
