I takes a certain type of person to have a passion for running a bar. Definitely not the type that has a power washing business.
The Alcohol business is profitable but I would never want to be in it.

Glad it's working out for you though. We should all have more than one hustle.

Just kidding. I live over an hour away and will be washing tonight.
I do have one partner and he lives close. I was there today for the first time in about two weeks.
I get a live feed of 8 cameras to my phone or ipad. That I can record for months.
We will see what happens. But so far so good.

Ron and Ty is "The New Place" bar still open near Extension and Broadway in Mesa? It was 40 years old when I would go 15 years ago. Could not believe he made any money, but had been there for ever and I loved the name "The New Place" we would drop in every once in a while for a quick beer after working out.

I don't know of any bar that has ever been in that area. If you are thinking of the dive on Alma School just north of Broadway, it is still there. I have never been a bar person or a drinker, so I just know places where I have had to dodge drunks.
