Flyers For Roof Cleaning - Headlines That Have Worked

I do all of my own printing too. The wife got me a new printer 2yrs ago for Christmas. Surprised the heck out of me. The one she got me is an HP officejet 7310 all in one. I can take pic memory sticks and put it right int the printer and do setup pics, instant share, two sided, reduce, enlarge and all that happy stuff right on a pic screen on the computer. I don't even know half of what it does...lol. One thing I do know is that it prints out laser pics real quick. As far as the ink and paper,,,,well,,,I haven't paid for any yet! Thats a different story though.;)
 
OK here is an update I have 500 of the "Your house called...." flyers out... 4 calls already with over 750 in estimates, 2 jobs will be by Tuesday next week!

My most effective flyer: "Are those ugly black stains and streaks the first thing you see when you pull up to your house?" Many people say that after they saw the flyer they couldn't help but notice the stains EVERY time they came home and that it irritated them enough to call.

It takes us afew hours 3-4 to pass out 500 flyers, I do it on foot with my wife helping, I take one side of the road and she gets the other. We carry a bottle of water and have a good time with it.
 
The family that flyers together, stays together... Think I need to do that with my wife...
 
When roof cleaning, and the obtaining of roof cleaning jobs becomes FUN, success is RIGHT around the corner :)

Just like any business, if you don't know how to advertise you are doomed.

Did you get into the roof cleaning biz because you know how to spray bleach on roofs or you know how to run and promote a streamlined biz??

Doesn't take a genius to kill mold folks. This is simple simple stuff it is your ability
to sell and make your phone ring. Not because you spray bleach on a roof with a
really kewl pump.

Any monkey can mix up a roof cleaning mix and spray...
Maybe thats why this industry chews up and spits out the business ignorant tech/mix gurus???
 
Jeffrey, How's the laser printer holding up so far???

I will be looking at some tomorrow.

Need to get a new cd burner, wore out the last one yesterday and I can't install a new program without a cd drive. I will be shopping for both.
 
Jeffrey, I found that same one at Office Depot for $119.00 but I found an
HP 1005 Laser Printer for $69.00 at Sam's Club. The toner is $51.00 and it mentions that is is good for around 1500 pages.

I looked on the Brother brand boxes and culd not see where it says how many it is good for.

About how many have you printed so far with that toner???

THe guy I work with thinks the line about jealousy will work wonders... I actually just put that on a flyer a week ago!!! LOL. we also put a thing about how fast your house will sell once it looks better than the rest.

No death threats .... yet ... for that ...
