The PWNA is offering its educational series of boot
camps at the six Pressure Washing Institute (PWI)
round tables being held around the country in 2010.

in New Orleans on February 20th, 2010 with Truck
Washing and Wood Restoration. Each class is from
1:00 pm to 5:00pm. One of the four pillars of the
PWNA is education; by partnering with the PWI, we

The Instructors
Michael Hinderliter has been in the power washing industry for
over 25 years. While growing up whenever Michael asked his father
for money, instead of his father opening up his own wallet, he gave
Michael a pressure washer and said “go earn it”. That is where it all
began. Mike graduated from college with a degree in accounting.
His business provides employment for over 60 people working in
mobile truck washing, stationary truck washing and kitchen exhaust
cleaning. He has developed systems to run these various
businesses to maximize their potential. Mike has also developed his
own software to enhance operational efficiency. If you have ever

Mike Hilborn is one of the leaders in the wood restoration
industry. Mike has operations in Chicago, Milwaukee, and
Minneapolis/St. Paul. He has franchises in North Dakota,
Minnesota and Wisconsin. He has created comprehensive
training and safety DVDs for the efficient and consistent
training of all employees and franchisees. After his
employees have watched each DVD, their retention is
measured with online testing. During the winter months his
company designs and installs holiday lighting. His company
has decorated hotels, shopping centers, restaurants, and
banks as well as high end homes. Mike’s company also
removes ice dams throughout the Midwest. Mike is a
member of the Wood Coatings Forest Products Committee
and he also hosts a weekly radio show called the Roof-to-

I will always remember NCE Tampa! I am no "authority" on Roundtables, but I can not imagine a "better" NCE Roundtable then the one we had in Tampa!
In fact, if I recall, the FIRST NCE Roundtable was right outside of Tampa, in Lakeland Florida ?
And, I was there, and so was Jon Chapman, Nick, Cory, Tom Peerless, and many of the local Tampa Guys!
I still remember the steak dinner Ron bought us all, and the wonderful time we all had.
LOL, Ron Musgraves was the "featured speaker", and IMHO, did a truly awesome job.
