Just thinking I have seen some discuss a setup with a float switch in the storage tank that somehow killed the engine if the water dropped too low. Anyone have ideas how to set that up?

I wonder if one like this would work coming off the top of the tank on a pipe? That way you wouldn't have another bulkhead below the waterline that might leak.

Russ can one switch work to machines if they are run independent or both running at the same time?

I imagine it could be done. I'd use the switch to control a relay on each machine to shut them down. It'd take a little bit of engineering.

You need 2 switches and a contactor Carey. One at the lower limit, the other at the upper limit.
