Flatworker takes cue from greasers - pics

Talking to some greasers in Vegas and reading Medberrys post that picasa can't contain all his photos I decided that sending pictures to pm's after their work was done was a good idea - you get to keep in touch, they remember you're working for them, they can be impressed with the spectacular improvement etc. So I've been carrying the camera around work for two weeks. There's always someone trying to sell your property managers and they may be great talkers, better salesman than I am - The pictures sell themselves and let the pm know your'e on the property doing a great job.Plus you can show them any problems. I tried a lot of hosting sites - picasa, flickr, photo bucket etc. In the end it was easiest for me to work with the pictures in the windows movie maker that comes with windows (news to me) and then upload the whole clip, I used youtube. All my bids are going to have a movie or slideshow too now - ala Tony Shelton. Here's a couple slideshows the second one has leaking irrigation and a killer bee swarm!

Looks good. Keep up the good work.

Nick, that entire sidewalk looks like the back entrance of a restaurant!

Thanks for the tip. I put one together to show a client I cleaned some of their vacation property and they could see the results when I gave 'em the invoice.

Nice work Pat.
Would like to ask you a question on your wood work. I have been using Pressure Tek's F10, F18, and F8 on wood. Can you give me your opionion on these or an idea of what works good for you?

Hey Richard, I'm a real greenhorn to the deck thing.
this was my second and the first one actually probably came out better. I probably should have gone stronger on my strip mix on this one. I used F18 to strip it and f8 to neutralize. I'm going to go back and look again soon and see if I need to do anymore to it.

Duhhh! Thanks Ron

You new deck is making the furniture look bad... :D :D

Ha ha yeah I always try to give my customers something extra and thought about stripping the picnic table and bench but wound up doing a back door steps and walkway, and I was running out of fuel and daylight.
