flat work question Sidewalk Cleaning At McDonalds

How much do you guys charge for doing gas stations and restaurant walk ways? Per sqft? or per unit? A McDonalds wants me to do their drive thru and there entry ways. Also what should I use? They have stamped and stained entry ways that are caked with grease and gum. Would a butyl mix and hot water work? I don’t want to put a caustic on the concrete and eat the sealer off. And I don’t know what I should charge them. "It's a corporate McDonalds" Thanks in advance<O:p

You should go and get some knowlege and training before jumping into a job that you obviously know nothing about. If you dont know what to use and you dont know what to charge you obviously dont know what your doing.

I for one am done giving out advise to people who are not willing to at least train with or work with a professional in this field before hacking up a Mc Donalds which I'm sure is being done buy someone who is doing it well but their shopping for a cheaper price and they found you. Good Luck To ya.

Thats not a Mcdonalds with a Gas station, these guys are upset because new guys are hacking up there prices.

I would rather show you what you could charge, many here think I lowball. My prices I bet are higher than anyone in this business as so is my volume.

I dont charge less if I get more, I charge what is needed to pay and take care of jobs effectively.

I dont think any one in here is my competition. I wanted some advice before i try to do this. i dont want to under cut my self and i dont want to ask to much. I have never done commercial work before and this is a good opportunity. I just wanted some advice thats why i came to this fourm to ask the peoiple that have been doing this for a long time. Thanks for your help ron.
