I was ask to look at two, three story condos today. wanted to run numbers by you guys. they r two twins and also all three floor are alike so every thing is x 6. there was 300 lin. ft of 8ft high wall around each floor. @ .10 is 1200. then 820 sq. ft. of deck which is composit. with alittle green maybe 100 sq ft of the 800 each floor. 2 floors have some green on the wood joist under the decks . about 50 % It also has 1200 total feet of pvc railing thats clean but will wash down. Hope thats enough info we think 3 to 4 men 3 to 4 days its 60 miles from home we can stay in a condo for free if we want... I gave him 3300. for a price.... any input would be good... thanks troy
 
What type of equipment do you have? If you had some pic I would know for sure, but I think you have over estimated man hours. My opinion based on the info with the right set up 16-20 man hours.
 
Wow, you cut your throat on this one.....

The good thing is you dont need 3 -4 days. More like 2 days 8-10 hours each day. A crew of 2 is sufficient but 3 is good. We can do a 13 building complex 3 stories high 270' x 70' plus 15 sets of garages and the 2 hallways in each building with 4 guys in 4 days.....
