Israel wouldn't ask for permission if it came down to it. They will just hit Iran and be done with it.
2.
why would they list potentail targets? Again Israel would not say anything until the planes had cleared Iranian airspace on thier way out from the missions.
People need to understand the govt of Israel sees the Iranian nuclear issue as armegeddon for them. Imagine a entire country and it's religous leaders saying it is in gods will to destroy you and they are 230 miles away. Think the cuban missile crisis was bad and terrifying? Israel is almost silent on the issue, still waters run deep.

I already said that Israel better watch their flank over there and that the truth is that it comes down to them being Muslims and they will stick together. Just like when you have a beef with your siblings, do not let someone come and get up on them because the brass tax is that they are your blood. I would bet that Israel is well aware of all these issues. They are not often caught unaware.
 
I don't trust any of them. Israeli's would give up there own mom's ....you can't tell any of them apart without the beanies.
