Fiberglass Siding

I haven't come across this yet. But I rather know for sure. I've never seen Fiberglass siding. Well I think I did one time but I wasn't there to wash the house.

Anyways I normally use bleach on houses. I know there is more out there but Bleach is what I know. Anyways I was discussing with a person one day about my business. He said he thought bleach was a good idea except of fiberglass siding. He was worried about the effects of bleach on fiberglass. So I am too.

I was wondering what kind of an effect bleach would have on fiberglass siding. Also what chemical would you use on fiberglass siding if not bleach.

I bought some property with a barn that had corrugated fiberglass siding where there wasn't cinderblocks. It was pretty deteriorated from the elements and was extremely brittle. I don't think I'd worry as much about chems as I would about pressure. A butyl based degreaser mixed with some bleach (if there's mold or mildew present) applied liberally and a fairly low psi rinse would be best.
