Here are the final pics from a fence restoration & staining job we just completed. This fence was submerged for days under 4-5' of water from a recent flood. The results speak for themselves.

Thanks guys. Yeah, it took a lot of cut in by hand to keep away from the concrete. I have been a painting contractor for years before we started doing wood and washing exclusively, so I know how to get it right. I did make the mistake of not calculating the extra time to cut in each panel at each end on both sides. Silly me, I looked at it and said, "fence?.....easy".....oops!
