Wondering if anyone else has noticed a marked slow-down with customer interest given the gasoline prices driving nearly everything else up with it. Anyone?? :shrug:

Signed more contracts last month than we have in any April in Four years. Blessed we have solid customers.

Come to Miami where everyone has a pressure washer! I was out bid on a 7892sqft of a gas station pad/parking space (Gum City). 1700sq.ft. of sidewalk. Bi-weekly Cleaning. Guess how much??? $70 from a guy how shows up and actually cleans it with his home depot POS....I'm glad I have other solid customers.

The residential market is a little slower but the commercial market (schools and condo complexes) is way up. We are nearly booked solid through Memorial Day!! :thumbup:

Biz is good but pricing can be a PITA on half our bids at least
Gas prices S*CK. I am paying $150 - $500 a day in fuel

Thank god I have many customers that just say give us a price and do it.

So far we are actually doing much better than last year and I thought last year was really good. We got off to a little bit of a slow start around January but February, March and so far April has been very good. I just hope it keeps up and stays this way.

Business is good - added more maintenance work since the start of the year and April is busy with new customers and estimates.

So good in the past year that we bought a house, bought a new truck, got married and given me the opportunity to have more time at home with my wife and 4 month old son.

My numbers were up over 300% in March from last March. I'm guessing because of early warm weather. Trying to get caught up but I'm booked up for about 3 weeks.
