Hey Ron you say What a Burger won't let you PW... I got a letter from them in Mississippi about PW and Vent Hood Cleaning and Fire Inspection.. I got a really big 20 page packet on who,how,what,when,where...they wanted stuff cleaned.. They even wanted me to clean while they were open since its a 24 hour 7 day restaurant.. They actually wanted me to clean one vent hood at a time so they could stay open during the hood cleaning process... There was to much liability there for me..

Costco sells some of the best patties that I've ever BBQ'd. They don't shrink down hardly at all and they are not high in fat. Plus, they are very good when sprinkled with some Farmer Bros seasoning salt.
