Favorite Burger?

Hey...

just got a taste for a burger... but where do I go? I've got a Wendy's, Burger King and McDonalds close by... I prefer Wendy's out of those 3.

If I could be bothered I would go with my home made burgers - minced beef, onions, wholegrain mustard, egg, pinch of chilli powder, salt & pepper.

Where's your favorite burger from? is it one of the 'chains' or is there a mom and pop place in your neck of the woods?

Never heard of egg on a burger before.

Nothing beats a homemade burger--I prefer plain flattop white bread (Sunbeam) as opposed to a bun.

Get some Frank's Red Hot on there! Good stuff.

There's also a mustard sauce named Lotte's, it's a Barbados recipe that's excellent (my favorite, actually) but it's better on chicken than beef.

Whataburger or Alumni House Grill or Chilli's or if I am wanting that burnt char flavor .. Backyard Burgers... But most of the time I just cook my own ... I have an electric sunbeam grill with lava rocks and hickory chips ... Take your burger meat , swig of light beer, Dale's Seasoning, And some tony chachere's.. and mix it all up make patties and throw it on the grill .. Note always buy ground sirloin.... Chuck and Beef and Round are full of Fat and your burgers will get really really small ..
Dang now I am Hungry..

hey adam

... the egg is mixed in with other ingredients, helps it all stick together on the grill.

I checkout the Frank's Red Hot Link... big picture of wings and beer... damn it for being a 'school night'...lol

This is what's being served up at the next Round Table... I think a few of the 'bigger guys' could manage it! :p

My own burger on the grill. Crumble Blue Cheese into the beef pattie. Cheese oozes out while cooking. Make your tongue slap your brains loose.
