Fast Food contracts 10 years old

Yes, I do look at these. Thank you for all of your help.

Do you just go to each individual unit or do you go the corporate route?
I would like to know this too Ron. I'm about to hit up all the fast food locations here. So far, I've just been going to each location, and if they don't have a GM that can decide, then I ask for the corporate contact.

I'm just getting into the commercial side of things. Thanks for talking to me on the phone a few weeks ago Ron. From our brief conversation, you gave some great advice, which I am using. So far I have visited about 50 locations, with two bites for service (no contract yet, but working on it).

One more question (this pertains to any commercial account that you visit in person)...

I bring an intro letter, business cards, and if it is a family size restaurant, a price list. If the GM is not available, I ask them to pass it on to him/her. I do not currently put these items in an envelope, I just fold them like a letter.

What approach do you do Ron?

DO they call you or do you have sales people get the initial

In this economy i would be shocked to see someone get a manager to sign a quote over 500 for an initial for a fast food place. I constantly drop of cards everytime I go through with no avail. I also had 250K worth of contracts around 2000. They are mostly gone hardly anyone up here in Chicago wants to pay. They love to fester in their dirty mess and it sets a common trend. Can't seem to convince many of the value that's in pressure washing, (or the fact that they may be violating the health laws) Most of the managers are un-educated morons looking to FIRE people because they think they are saving the company money.......YUCK! I won't eat there!:stop:

uh

then id be on the phone ALL DAY seriously, no one cares especially when it means they have to spend money to clean it up..... Bum management + lazy regional managers who REFUsE to micro manage...... lazy i tell ya!!:thank_you2:

I would put it in a large envelope and seal it try to get the GM, DM, GM info put it on it and deliver to the store manager and let him know you will follow up with a call. I would take a few pictures and also put them in there to highlight the stores shortcomings.

Be really careful how you approach short comings
