Fairfield Inn Pressure Washing Florida!

Great job Larry. Doing a job like that is one day shows there are other ways to get a competitive advantage beside price. It was good getting to meet you in Tampa.

What size tank is that on there now?? I run my two 5.6 tied together out of a 200 gal and hardly ever have any problems..As long as you wait to start until it has 100 or so gal. you should be fine!! That Big Guy would be a whole new machine, let alone building and house washes!!!

Travis, right now I have a 125gal and a 5O gal tank and both are used for chems. The way I have it set up, there is just no room for anymore tanks. I'm working on changing thing around a bit though. Ya gotta remember. 8O-9O% of all the work we do is Residential and the 2 machines running seperatly on a residential job at the same time gets those jobs done pretty quick.

This was a Commercial Building Wash that we completed for a Fairfield Inn, in Plant City Florida on Thursday before the National Cleaning Expo.

The Property Manager for the Hotel had called us a few weeks prior and was taking bids for this Cleaning. One of the main reasons that they hired us was because we use a Non Pressure Soft Wash Method on all of our Building Washes. They were very concerned about damage, as the building is made of Drivit. Another reason was the fact that we assured them that the job would be completed in one day without the use of a lift bucket. Other potential bidders had told them that they would need a lift bucket and that the job would take 3-4 days to complete which was going to be a huge inconvenience to the Hotel and their guests.

Along with the Building we also Pressure Washed their Pavered Pool Deck area and all the Patio Furniture, their Dumpster Pad and the Pavered Drive up area at the front entrance to the Hotel. We used 4 people and completed the entire job in 5hrs. Here are a few pictures of that job.

Thanks Ron. I plan on getting it on there one of these days. I do have it on my Google blog site and on my Merchant Circle site. We have done a couple of Hotel cleanings since this one. I actually Love cleaning Hotels.
 
Larry, What would you have done if it were one more story higher? I just bid one of those here, but it is a bit taller. I figured I would need a lift to ensure a quality job.


I haven't tried both of my machines together for a building softwash yet. Does anyone know what nozzle gets the most reach with 9.5 gpm soap/rinse?
