Saw your order come in, thanks! I see you're from St. Augustine too. I'm actually looking for someone to cover the Villages as well. Lots of work out there in Florida.

Call me or Mike with application instructions.. send me a before pic too so I can help. Application must be fairly precise but once you learn F9 you'll be off to the races!

  • F9 BARC is for Professionals and Contractors ONLY. We are NOT selling to residential. Make sure to preclean the cement with your pressure washer and surface cleaner, just as you would for a normal job. The cleaner the concrete is before application, the better your results will be.

  • F9 BARC must be applied to a dry surface- double straight application is normally best, allowing both coats to dry. 250-400’ per HALF gallon. Apply heavier on the stains, mist super light on the areas with no stains. Apply control joint to control joint for evenness.

  • At the end of the process, mist both coats of F9 with water and use a broom to reactive the material and spread it consistently on the surface. Wait a couple of minutes and lightly rinse off. DO NO USE YOUR SURFACE CLEANER HERE. Light rinse!

  • Evaluate the results when the concrete DRIES COMPLETELY, NOT BEFORE.

Look at the beginning of this thread. There are instructions for free samples and an intro gallon for only $30 including shipping. Only a couple left. No one in Fresno yet. Watch the youtube video on www.front9restoration.com.. use your pressure washer instead of a garden hose and broom.
