F9 Calcium and Efflorescence Remover works great for removing very stubborn mineral stains.

Black is mineral deposit. Super slippery. f9 do the job? We typically muratic, brush, blast and repeat..but this is the heaviest ive seen.

F9 Efflo will take care of that no problem and not burn the grass nearly as much as regular HCL.

I used a dilution rate of 10 to 1 cleaning that mineral stain off the wall. It had been on the wall over 5 years, and the homeowner had attempted to clean it off with little success. I started with a cold water pressure wash, then a hot water pressure wash using an high ph cleaner and agitation. Neither pressure wash option worked very well. I was able to remove it with the F9 Calcium and Efflorescence Remover without damaging the surface with a total of about 10 minutes of work on my part. The homeowner is very pleased.

I will return to that location to prep a sidewalk and patio using the F9 Calcium and Efflorescence Remover prior to staining and sealing the concrete. I will try to take video to share the awesome effect of the F9 Calcium and Efflorescence Remover in prepping a concrete surface for staining and sealing.

We hit this with hw mix, roof wash mix, and f9 barc. It lightened up a bit but still pretty bad. I have some efflorescence in route. This stain goes pretty much all the way around the home except for the front. No sprinkler system so I am not sure what the heck it is.

I'll be heading out Saturday to try and remove the stains, any tips?

Yes, I'd use straight. Apply thin. Spray, let dwell 30 seconds and scrub with stiff deck brush. Pressure wash. Repeat. You can do a double application too it may make things go quicker.
