After WW 2, we were better liked then now.
So, you are saying it was right to have gone into Iraq ?
 
Asking if we should have gone “in”, is second guessing. With the intel that was compiled by GB and by us we simply could not have looked the other way-we are better off because he is gone and that sector of the world should be safer, if it were not for Iran sending in new combatants.

So 62 years ago the world liked us-great. If we had the media of today I am not certain the results would have been the same. The battle for Okinawa for example had 300 thousand casualties combined from both sides including civilians. Several things should be pointed out-The Okinawan’s didn’t attack us at Pearl Harbor, they didn’t have WMD’s, And intel said it would be a soft landing lasting a week. Can you picture the press of today covering this story.
