Excuses from a company for not doing the job right!!

I think I read a few excuses I have never heard before, in that article...WOW
 
Why don't you call Jim xxxxxxx at xxxxx and give him the information. xxxxx is well respected and they deserve a call-talking about any company in this manner without the proper facts is simply not professional, sorry.
 
David is right. I have a form that we fill out and attach pictures that we send to our competitors when we find shoddy work. Most of the time its just a mistake, and a friendly letter informing them of what you found wrong with the system, along with pictures, goes a long way to developing relationships with the companies in your area.

are you guys for real???? i always here about how the GP are like hard core and call people out on shoddy work now sounds like its going soft and can you tell me why in the world would i give some one a heads up that they are doing shoddy work and loose out on a possible account ??? that doesn't sound like smart business to me??? thats like going and showing my competition that is still using a bucket and brush to clean houses how to down stream . .. .no thank you !

Yeah I was kidding Scrappy, you should not give someone a heads up, they should have done a better job on the account and now it is yours for the taking. Good job.

Don't worry David, Scrappy isn't a KEC professional, yet.;) That will change after I get the chance to show him the ropes.:) Soon enough, he will be posting pics of bare naked metal.:D
 
As we know the facts still stand in the way. A few months back we were called by an account saying that we didn’t clean the fan. So off we went-two hour drive. Go up on the roof and yes the fan was dirty and not cleaned – the problem – it was not her dirty fan, it was the taco joint next door. Our fan was cleaned. Even on jobs that we service we seldom clean all system each time and cleaning low volume soup lines at 180 or more. My point being is the full story is only in the facts not in the slogans.:)
 
I was just ribbin' you David, please don't take my post personal. I do agree with you about not posting a company's name along with your negative comments.

FWIW Scrappy, I would edit that post, as to not show that company's name. You don't want to piss them off, and end up with a defamation of character and/or libel suit pressed against you.
