Example Invoices

No sure as to where in the forums to place this question (so PWI Admin, please feel free to relocate this thread)

We're fixing to start our business soon, so I was hoping to see if anyone knew of some good example invoices that we could provide to our clients. I basically would like to have something showing the work being requested and if possible also have something for them to sign off on "okaying" the work that was done. I wasn't sure if there was a site or something that provided some type of "Cookie Cutter" layout form or what. If possible carbonless would be my best preference. Any suggestions?

We use invoices 2 go. It does estimates, and invoices all via e-mail.

Thanks Chris for providing an example ... very nice and clean. I noticed that on the bottom of you invoice it appears as if you are typing this out the amount due and then I guess sending that to clients, am I close? I guess that's a good route to go when working with Commercial clients that way they get an itemize item of the work done. Do you by chance work with Residential Clients? If so, do you provide them with a receipt on the spot or inform them that they will get an official bill on your company's letter head later in the mail for their records or maybe email it to them? Sorry for the 20 questions ... just trying to maintain the professionalism that is found within this industry.
