I was contacted by an outfit called DineAssured. Any one heard of them? They say they handle maintenance programs for restaurants.

I have never heard of them. However, I am fast becoming of the opinion that quite possibly the best way to deal with these "maintenance companies" is to tell them that you will be delighted to work with them on the condition that you are paid up front. By doing this you will not be net 240 or net never.

I sub contract out some work from a couple of different companies and the way I have it set up is that I bill their AMEX once the pictures and paperwork have been received from them.

I figure they can pay their own AMEX when they get paid.

I'm not a credit card company and I don't extend credit to companies. They either pay for the work, or find someone else.
