I had a estimate today that was a 10 unit building.I guess it was 150 by 60, two story high. I was thinking abont the time plus the ,money I need a hour. for the estimate. I did not give the est. yet. I'm not sure on the price because this is the first job this year and dont want to lose it.I have a lot of money I put out to start my business and would like to make some money soon. I have never done a job this big,and was going to give the estimate for $585.00 plus sales tax 35.00 620.00 for a 8 hr. job. I will be doing the job by myself. I might not need that much time but I'm not sure. What do you guys think, I know I should have got the size first, but I was doing the price per hr. thing. Thanks Mark

Hi mark, not certain, but think it will require a lot a ladder work this will slow the job down somewhat, dont know what type of surface(stucco-vynal-wood-ect) however going by your measurements......150+60x2=420 LF "two story" = $2.00 a LF = $ 840.00 because you work alone and need some income you could work for less but........your business needs profit also to cover maintenance and opperating costs(chemicals, fuel ect).....
