Watch the video:
I’m the Phoenix vet. Eric was our lead parking garage cleaner, as you can see in the video.
He truly wants to help folks. He is absolutely a leader inside of his organization. He really knows how to train. He’s excellent, and he’s a very good communicator.
In this clip I asked him how many parking garages he’s washed in his career. He said it’s a guess — close to anywhere from 80 to 100. That qualifies him. You’re watching somebody who has actually done the work.
And everybody got the SOP. If you want a copy, fill out the short form at https://ronmusgraves.com/parking-garage-cleaning-sop/ and we’ll email it to you.
We’re looking forward to seeing him again in October 2027, at the second annual Phoenix Garage Cleaning class.
In 2027 the parking garage cleaning class will be in Houston, Charlotte, and then back to Phoenix in October. Houston and Charlotte dates are TBA.
