It can be used as both depending on how much or if you use any bleach, and the type of surface.
We have done some testing with the products already and are still having others in the process of testing. We are working with 4 different blends and will be settling on one shortly. As far as what is in it, John is very protective of his chemical formulas and we are not in the business of giving them away, but rest assured when the final product is ready we will have the required elements on our MSDS sheets.
Also understand I am not trying to be secretive or vague in my responses but there is no one size fits all answer I can give you. Each situation and the ways companies perform their services is different. Some people apply their chemicals straight with a shurflo, some apply upstream, downstream, pump up sprayer, bucket...whatever. Some use bleach, some use 12%, some use nothing. The growth on a roof in Fl is much different than that in WI...you get the point. The best answer I can give you is to try the product for yourself and see.
I can tell you I have been in the washing business for over 16 years and have tried all kinds of products (nearly 10 years worth) before ever getting involved with Envirospec. I have used products from different manufactures all over the country and have found the Envirospec chemicals to be some of the best on the market while still offering high dilution ratios.
Are they for everyone? I would like to think so but the truthful answer is no. We can't compete on price with the contractor who insists on using bleach with a squirt of dawn, but wash side by side with our products and you will see the difference. They are for the mobile washer who is looking for a safe but aggressive product built with high grade surfactants and appearance enhancers that hold up over time and present a superior finished product.
