BTU's are a big bug a boo, in my opinion. It only takes ~8 btus to raise a gallon of water one degree. If you want to raise the temp of a 5 GPM machine 160 degrees, it only takes about 7000 BTU's, The Formula would be 8 BTU's* 5 GPM * 160 = temperature riseif everything is perfect. It is more important that you maintain your coil in perfect condition, in order to achieve proper heating characteristic's than it is to have a high BTU heater. Or in other words, you are blowing a TON of heat energy out the top of your machine, even at a 160 degree temp rise with those 800,0000 BTU heaters.

Did you get it?

Hi Ron,

Thanks for asking.

Not yet. Still thinking about it or a local machine. I currently have a 4 GPM 3000 PSI so I think the 5.6 GPM would be better.

How is your little girl? Poor girl. I have a 12 Year old son and 8 Year old daughter. Seeing your daughters cut almost made me sick with grief. Once you have kids of your own you see other kids in a whole new light.
