Another great video Ron, that was great!
I think that "elmo" needs time to ponder aka stalling to think of things that will not backfire or to further confuse people and waste time.
I agree that it does not take much time to answer those questions, most are simple yes and no answers but again, like most of the year now, lots of stalling and not answering questions, kind of like their MO.
