Thinking about getting one, what is the best? I need it to hold at least 300'.
Hannay beats Cox. VERY tough, totally rebuildable ( only thing I have ever seen need fixing is the swivel and they are rebuildable with 2 stand ard O rings and have a grease zerk to keep them in service a long time. The reel locks are welded 1/8" steel not a pressed and bent 90 degree tab like on the cox. I have used the 1500 series and they are great. One was used 16 years before I got it and all I did was screw a new swivel on it and put it to work . It has lasted 3 years with no service other than a little grease every 6 months.
Dang Ash you lazy azz dude , you have one that rolls its self up it is attached to Mario's arm ! Its on voice command ! Amigo Roll up tha hoze, so we go eat"
