EBC take care of this?

I'm thinking yes, but wanted to ask 1st....
Looks like a new neighborhood, new concrete, etc.
She said she used a couple things with minimal results (I'm guessing regular home depot stuff).
When I pressed down and ran my fingers through the dark "puddle", some came off onto my finger.

Whats up with the chit chat? What about the stain?

Called the client with a price.
She said it was someone else that left the stain so she's gonna call him and let him know the price.
I'll let y'all know how it goes if I land the job.

Make sure the money is at the job when you start, it is possible to turn into one of those things where the owner wants the person that made the mess pay for it but that person does not have the money yet or will not pay for it. Make sure you are getting paid first.

Decided to give Jeremy a call. Thought it would be good to introduce myself to him and chit chat.

About the stain....

Gave him a suggestion about mix ratios and dwell. Told him to not go much stronger than a 50/50 mix with the usual agitation and dwell.
Thats something we all need to know especially if we are sitting on the ordering fence as I have been. Share, show me why I need it! I thought the two of you were dating.

Here ya go Andy.....EnviroBioCleaner. Probably the easiest and quickest way to find out why you need it......from contractors.
