Dwell time for oil on Concrete???

I am a newbee, so please do not laugh about my silly questions, but you guys know your stuff! Where can I get some of these chem? We have been PW for about 1 yr and by request from contractors. What we have done so far is taking way too long and not as good as i'd like to see it.
 
Welcome to the board Lisa. I see you have a Cleaning Service also. My company also has a Cleaning Service. How well does that perform for you compared to the Pressure Washing side?

HEY Lisa and welcome to PWI, Give me a better understanding of what type of surface and soiled areas you are talking about ,if it is greaseI need to know wheather it is commercial or residential
