Thanks for the info. I went to look at a Chili's restaurant they wanted me to clean. 3 large hoods and one small steam hood. They wanted me to do it for $360.00. Start @11:30 pm. Some of the locations were over 90 minutes away. Didn't have to clean the filters. Four cleanings per year. 90 minutes of drive time at night in the winter is not a good thing. $360.00 is another, not so good thing. Decided against it.

I think that that is the national price-from Hot Springs AR. to SF-I just don't know how they get people to do it. I blame the chain for the agreement, they should know that cost of living changes.

I have heard that the Brinker stores pay well out here for hood cleaning.....they are tightwads on flatwork for sure though
