Dual chem injector?

Yes they pull at the same time just stick with the tried an true method. One injector one chem line keep it simple no worries.

or this one http://www.powerwash.com/general-pump-gp-high-draw-dual-port-fixed-chemical-injector-m-m.html just add a ball valve into the soap side.... what were trying to do is build a new rig that has all the measuring cut out..

this idea is to build a new truck with a proportioner for the roof rig, and only have 3 tanks.. SH - Water- Soap.. the downstream injector will be setup to pull from all three, as well as the roof rig, and the powerwasher only from the water..

So essentially your downstream injector is pulling from say a 60 gallon tank of SH rather than just a 5'er

Hey Kendall, I have a similar set-up however, I use a poly Y and for the surfactant, I installed a 1/4" poly ball valve. If I run a thick soap mixture, I simply leave the poly valve full open.

But here is something else to think about. For downstreaming siding(no split lines. Everything in one tank), I use Elemonator with my SH and water at a 1 oz. per gallon of mix ratio and it will last for several days if kept out of the sun. I have tested left-over mix and five days later, It ate the heck out of green mold on vinyl siding. Not to mention how it made 10 yr. old gutters look brand new. The customers can't believe the difference... In some cases, Neither can I. Simply apply with the injector, Wait three to five minutes and rinse with high pressure or a garden hose...

I have tested this over and over and with the lower temps, Lower humidity and keep it out of the sun, It works!!!!!!!!!

yeah thats the same method we use now, and carry 2-3 mixes in 5'ers in the box trucks.. But with a 55 gallon tank of straight sh and a 55 gallon of soap- one truck could go out for a week without re-filling or making a single mix BUT while also being able to draw from the same un0contaminated tanks to clean a roof as well.. Just trying to make this next truck as simple as possible for employees

So typical of that vendor, trying to sell at double the current prices.
