This is some mildew removal on dryvit on a high rise we did in November. These bands are some of the toughest areas to clean, they are the first areas to show mold & mildew and get it on them the most. We had to do a few applications of a very strong mix. The 3rd picture is just a gravity wash, apply and let it flow, its one less move we have to rig. They came out great.

Jeff, thanks for always sharing your pics. It's inspiring. I hope to have one like that one day. But I do have a quite large, very dirty 2 story dryvit job coming up. Can I ask, when you say "strong application," do you mind sharing through which application? xjet, downstream, 12 v pump? I was going to start off with a Strong downstream mix but thought I might end up having to do something like a weak roof mix in the 12v. Maybe 20/80 12.5/water?

No problem, I'm just a show off. I like seeing work pictures, figure everyone else does too.

In many areas we were using straight 12% through Xjet. There also were some flower boxes on this building and we used pump up sprayer with straight 12%, would of used roof pump, just didnt feel like setting it up, we tried a weaker mix it was taking to long and not getting it off. The stuff was hot. We applied the final application & rinse with Xjet. Just make sure you keep vegetation wet or covered big time. I like just wetting down that way you know its staying protected, you just never know.
Heavy stained Dryvit can be a beast at times, but usually be cleaned 100% or at least 98%

Right where the lift is, those are the flower boxes, it really doesnt show how bad they were in this picture, but it was heavy, tough black mildew, had a guy go ahead from inside the garage and spray straight 12% really worked well

Thanks alot Jeff! That was very informative. This lets me know that staight 12.5%(and powdered soap) through a downstreamer would not be strong enough. I love my Fat Boy so I'll get r done with that. I'm lucky, my project only has blacktop below it and the building is completely closed down.

Jeff, keep showing off and giving us great pics:) If we can't be like you at least we can live vicariously through your pictures!
