Driveway Sealer problem, Need help.

I sealed this driveway about a week ago and the customer called a few days later and was very unhappy, I have sealed 100's of driveways but have yet to come across this. Not sure if this is moisture related or what.I

You did clean the driveway before you sealed it correct? If so, did you use any chemicals on it?

Kinda looks like there may have been either clean spots from a chemical, or spots where a chemical hadn't been rinsed well enough and kept the sealer from bonding.

I washed it with a surface cleaner and let it dry for about 24hrs and sealed it with Spectrum Clear sealer, no chemicals were used in the cleaning process.
