Can anyone tell me how to figure out a good solution (chem mixing) for downstreaming. When I mix my chems and a 5gallon bucket i seem to have a good mix. But when you downstream it the mix gets even more diluted. i have a adj down streamer and my power washer is a 5gpm if this helps. Thanks<O:p</O:p</O:p

What exactly is it that you're trying to mix?

I'm not for sure whats around your area; but you could try a local pool place. If you have any other questions please feel free to give me a call.

I am no expert, however we went through the same trials when we first started downstreaming.

We first checked our draw rate as there are so many variable there.

First fill a 5er with water. Then with your downstreamer set up run 20 gallons through and see how much has drawn from your pail. With this information you will have an idea as to your final mix ratio then you will just have to adjust your chem pail to give you the dilution rate that you are looking for.

I hope this helps, and if I explained that part wrong someone please feel free to correct me :)

thanks russ. and that makes sense Soleil

Here's a compilation of "recipes" put together by Nicole, if I remember correctly (been up for 36 hours and am a bit delirious, need a nap).

Hope this helps you.
