I really like how WCR shares docs. I don't like to drain on folks by taking everything they have to offer without giving back. I was glad to submit a form on WCR to check out others.

Basically here is how it works: WCR has a password protected page where people submit forms. You have to submit one to gain the password for access. I think you end up with a lot more sharing this way. Everyone wants to see the forms and the only way to do it is to submit one yourself.

This way, Ron doesn't post something and have 500 people ask for the email afterwards. Or Ron doesn't have to watch as few others submit anything.....
 
The problem is that many of us do not want to share everythig with with everyone. We still have to keep some secrets as there are competitors on these boards.

I would never put something up - password protected it not. I like to be able to choose who gets what and I know there are many others that feel this way too.

I'm with you... Post a brochure, a flyer, etc. We don't have to give our prices and clients... I am sure my comp has read my posts and consider it before I post ANYTHING.

Much of what they share on WCR isn't comprimising, but helpful. Just a thought
 
And a good idea too Josh. I just think most guys would prefer a PM from someone they know is not in their own market. I've shared and had docs sent to me when requested. Guys and gals here have been very generous to me.
