What's The Largest you have ever done?

The biggest I.have done was about 3,000,000 sq ft. I wish they all were that big. I average about 300,000 sq. Ft

I do a few every year not near what I want to do though it is great work. Never had a 3 mil sq ft one though sounds like a good time Scott.

I have done some small parking garages here, maybe about 20,000 sq.ft.

I want to get into cleaning the larger parking garages.

I would like to learn from some of the guys out there that have done them to shorten the learning curve, I can fly out there and help out for 2 or 3 days or longer while learning on the job how you guys deal with the issues of larger parking garages.

They are all good Chris sometimes the smaller ones are best for parking garage cleaning. I recently did a complex with 16 of them that were smaller.

Yeah, I want some parking garages! It is great to watch the videos with all of the water handling and fire hoses. When I see it I know that is something I want to do.

How frequently do most garages consider it to be feasible for cleaning? I was just wondering what the repeat would look like.

Most around here don't appear to have ever been touched with a washer.

In my opinion, a fire hose is the wrong way to go about cleaning a parking garage. I know others have a different opinion. There is too much water used, too much water to filter and it is not a sustainable method of cleaning. Ironically, most parking garage operators around here, will not permit a contractor to deactivate the fire suppression systems in order to clean the garage. You would have to do that in order to use a fire hose.

Anyone with experience, what is the average time it may take to adequately rinse a parking garage floor ?

(lets say no vacuum recovery available), 100000 sqft, done every two years, highly populated,....with 4 washers at 5.5 gpm

(I think this maybe the average # of washers that most may use to clean a garage, but if I am incorrect feel free to identify the average number of machines and total gpm , and estimate the time to rinse).

Yep we do them! Just bid a million sq ft last month waiting to hear about it. We did clean a 190,000 last year and a 19,000 last month.
