I have found that face to face is what gets the best results. Just make sure you are talking with the person who makes the decision or you are wasting your time.

Having your rig there with you and being able to give him or her a free demo on the spot is KEY !! Now retaining what you get is most important, and that means you have to deliver on your promise to be the best vendor they have ever had..
