Do You Use Service CEO or something like it??

I'm looking into different software to keep up with office needs, scheduling, job tracking and more. If anyone uses Service CEO or any program like it, please tell us your experience and suggestions..

Henry I use quick books pro, and it works great to print estimates, and keep track of invoices, appointments, and estimates i have given out. Also will track everything you spend, and create graphical data.

don;t call service ceo because they will call you constantly trying to sell you even after you respectfully explain to them they don't want their product

LOL Russ,

Actually Service CEO is one of the software systems I've been looking into pretty seriously. To set it up the way I want, it will cost me around $5,000.00. I've done a decent amount of research into it and it's gotten some great reviews for the most part and about 10% of horrible reviews.

I just want to find something that will do everything I want it to do. They way my companies are set up systems or processes are really important to keep things running smoothly. I've got excellent people on staff, plenty of work coming in but I need to change over to a one peice software system to increase our productivity, save time and make things easier in the office. Once I get this final piece taken care of it will be time to step back and sell the business, or turn it over to my employees and retire.

I use Quickbooks to manage the finances and it can not be beat.
I use ACT to manage my contacts data and scheduling. I have no complaints with it. It is user customizable as to what data you want to track per customer and has great data mining capabilities. Both programs have been around a long time and are very mature.;)

I have never heard of SEO but when I was a network administrator I found that most programs that claimed they could do everything were not as good as the programs that specialized on doing one thing excellent.

You are too young to retire...

I'm 40, I run 5 companies and I want to enjoy my life while I'm still physically capable of doing it..lol

I'll still be around but I want to be able to wake up in the morning and decide "if" I want to go to work.

Service CEO calls me once a week. Might be good software, but the weekly calls, especially when I specifically tell them stop calling, I'll call you if/when I am ready to learn more about Service CEO; that's taking sales to a disrespectful point.

I use Quickbooks Pro, serves all my needs. I think Service CEO is designed for companies that are dispatching 6 to 100 crews a day. Not there, yet, and not sure I want to get that big.

It will do everything you talk about here and more, it's an incredible program.
