Do any of you use radio-controlled guns

Bill thats true but you need to look deeper,in 8 year I have not had to replace a pump. Can you say the same for a unloader?
Like I said before TIME is $$$$$ , and if you would like to save some in the long run then look in to this system if not keep on walking and wasting TIME.

I can see a definite use for these remotes... I could do a large presentation with out a helper...!!!,,

I would not install them on my working rigs. maybe my personal, these would be a nightmare with employees..

I could see a Hood cleaner using them,, what do you think David??

Ron Im not 2 sure about the employee thing .

(like ya said)

but if ya got a remote you would love it
it does sure save alota time .....

Terry I didnt misunderstand ya either >

??????????

you are talking about an unloaderless pump. how do you stop the flow. And when you do where is it going. You say you 2 step from a gun, where are the acids flowing. please elaborate. You are not really telling any thing.

Walter The flow stops because there is a 12-volt clutch on the engine. When you push the stop button on the gun, the clutch disengages. In turn stopping the pump. But allowing the engine to run on. With the pump stopped there is no draw from the pump. So there is no place for it to go. But stay in your tank until you push the on button on the gun. So the pump will start pumping and you will have flow and draw again. In our system the acid flows upstream when you push the #1 button, which controls a Solenoid valve allowing the acid to flow into the system. For the second step you push the #2 button, which opens another Solenoid valve allowing the soap into the system. Then push the #3 button and you can wax or etc.Ho it also opens a Solenoid valve letting it flow into the system. If you turn off buttons #1, #2 or #3 it cleans the system out allowing you to rinse off the soap or etc. The buttons only work one at a time except the on/off button, which has to be on to run the pump so it will draw from the injector/injectors .If you would like you can put the injector on the down stream side of the pump or even put one on the down stream side for acids and one on the up stream side for the second step and wax. Hopefully this is telling you something.

Hi everyone! I'm new to this board but some of you may know me from another one. I dont use the remote set up any more but I did use one just like the one Terry dose they are really nice and a little spendy , so when mine finally bit the big one I decided to build my own set up. Its not quite as elaborate as Terrys but it dose the job! Here is a brief description of what I did ..
2 soleniods 1 for acid , 1 for soap then ran them to the low preasure side of the pump with a 1/4 inch hose the I put a 3 way toggle switch on my gun and connected the solenoids and the switch with a 100foot extention cord! flip the switch up for acid down for soap and in the middle is rinse. cheap to build , cheap to fix and can be fixed from most hardware stores except the solenoids and valves. oh yeah I apply all chems at high pressure too.

Hey Terry, I am from Holland, MI. I am not that far from you. I would like to maybe come check out your system sometime next spring if you don't mind. I know the place you are talking about that sells those guns. It is right off US 131 and I think 54th St. I went there one day to get a turbo rebuild kit. You are the first one I have seen that is within an hours drive. I have been looking for someone to maybe hang out with for a day and see how they run things. Since we don't share the same area I figure maybe we could trade info on things. I stay mostly in the Holland area and sometimes do brick washing for masonry contractors in Grand Rapids.

Delco is showing a remote control on thier board, called a rc-ranger for 795.00...
