Find out what the attendance will be, AND what it has been in the past.
Figure about one third of the crowd will notice you there and less will actually come to talk with you. BUT you don't want to run out of cards, SO design them so that they can be used alsewhere.
 
Okay - I ordered 4000 cards. I worked it down to being able to hand out 117 cards per hour. I got them in post card style just in case I have left overs I can use them for direct mail. I am trying to get the image up here but the file is to large.......I have to use my super computer skills to fix it! :)

That's all fine and dandy eat drink and be merry...but hurry and get out!! The sooner you guys finish your dinner the sooner I can get the kitchen shut down and get a scraping and foaming:D
 
Okay guys - I set up for the show tomorrowand Thursday and I more than likely wont be back on the board until friday night. I will let you all know how the first day went and I will have LOTS of pics to share. So feel free to pick my brain when I get back! Hopefully I will have a lot of tips to share!

Yeah!!! Its like the first day of school.......
